Add code for the automatically subscribe option to automatically subscribe to topics when posting

Remove the subscribe to topic option when posting in a topic already subscribed to (add a message for how to unsubscribe?)

Resolved. Added auto subscription with possibility to choose not to subscribe. Also added so that the checkbox is automatically checked when you're subscribed, unchecking the box when subscribed, will unsubscribe the user.

Some code removed, and incorporated in other locations, adding special language string for when people already are subscribed.
